We have connected one client all 400 units odometer from on board computer the real the correct value directly from odometer and the problem is, it differs after sometime with counter on fleetrun. That is because service distance counter is independent and it works as simple counter like this https://docs.wialon.com/en/local/cms/units/counters.
It would be very logical to use not counter but direct value from on board computer odometer if there is one.

First, contact our support team with a couple of examples. As common, problems with mileage counter are caused by incorrect incoming data. Support team will help you to detect sources of problems and may give some hints on how to set the sensor.
