Enable custom fields in Driver properties visible in monitoring tab

Feature to enable selective custom fields in driver properties visible in monitoring tab using check box next to custom fields.

Use Case:
- ELD application provider can use API to update custom fields defines for hours of service for each driver in real time ( like current cycle, daily drive time left , daily shift hours left , current driver status and shift reset cycle time left etc.) and dispatch and fleet operation manager can see this information in the monitoring tab and can take informed decision.
