We are seeing more companies over time that are blocking compressed (zip) files, due to the risk of malware. Could we remove, automatic zipping of html/csv/xml files?
For the Jobs tab, HTML will always download to your computer compressed in a zip file.
Automatic zipping: for the files in HTML, CSV, and XML formats, as well as for the files with total size exceeding 20 MB.
Zipping upon flag activation: for the files in PDF or XLSX format.
fleettracker3, we can exclude *.csv and *.xml files from automatic zipping. HTML files often include pictures or styles, so they should lay in a folder and be sent as an archive.
Old rules will stay: we use automatic zipping if we send more then one file or if all files exceed 20 MB size.

Thanks, however as malware has become more prevalent in business environments using ZIP attachments, we've seen more organizations blocking ZIP files. The only way around this, we've seen is to send files in their original formats (even with additional files).
fleettracker3, I see. We'll try to do the best. Most common users will get unzipped reports. But some limitations for HTML files and huge files we cannot remove, they will stay.
