I'm working with different hardware and so I've a lot of commands in the commands list, they are divided in groups (by vendor for example) but there is no way to add even a short description per command.
this mean that every time I've to prepare a new application I need to open the user guide... and wasting time.
so an extra field to save together with the command will really help

I see two feasible meanings of your request.
The first is a description for every single command. The purpose is to know more details about the command for executing.
The second is a kind of library of all possible parameters for setting new commands for a device. The document expects to be like the following.
