Is there any wialon remote API available to show to custom notification to users(Monitoring system) like the one you are showing the "new features" in CMS portal. Please refer attached screenshot.

Please suggest to achieve this.

Custom notification from screenshot is a Notice Board functionality, that is available from CMS Manager on Users tab.

To send them via API, use user/update_user_notification method with create callMode.
