is it available to Track tractor Head and the Trailer unit as well without using addition wires between the head and trailer unit and record the head connected to the trailer unit?

Most likely, module "Trailers" will suit you.

Trailers, drivers and passengers control is done with a help of RFID tags. ID code can be sent even without wires (it depends on hardware).
