It's possible to download the firmware of some old Teltonika devices using the user name and password provided.
There is also the Teltonika FM1100 device but not the access data: could someone add here the user and password or update the page?

It was provided by Teltonika ingluding an access to ftp with files.
Teltonika distributes free FOTA accounts for problem units from the article.

If you are Wialon customer and don't have any response from the manufacturer please notify us by email hw@gurtam.com (including information about your Wialon account, the list of problem units, details of your request to teltonika). I need to configure Teltonika's FM1100 with IP and Server Port by SMS. What message do I have to send to the module? thank you
To set IP and port you need to send 2 SMS to device. Command should look like:
[username] [password] setparam 1245 IP
[username] [password] setparam 1246 PORT
If username and password are not set, then before command should be 2 spaces like " setparam 1246 PORT"
