How can I set default timezone for all users of web application?

I have an administrator panel for the port 8021 and I can access configuration tab at index.html?page=11.

Can I add a record to set the default timezone for all users so they don't have to set it manually ever time?

Please help me with that.

You can export/import user settings including time zone.

So you can set needful time zone for 1 user and then share it with others.
