Тема: Report : Driver-> type Binding -> filter by minimum duration

- We would like to get the report for drivers   where table properties is : Binding. and  group by duration with ability to filtered by minimum duration for drivers in the report.

-So report will only include driver who has driven more than XX Hours during the day , week or month.

- With filter minimum duration we will able to identify all the drivers if they were driving more than XX hours during the day , week or month.

- Such information is useful to identify driver violating hours of service as per local city requirements.

Hello, vka
I'd suggest you try table for a group of drivers "Driver activity".
Select some columns and settings: grouping by driver, grouping by date and sorting by "Driving", driver activity source - "Bindings and trips".
Then you'll easily find driver violating hours.
See an example of settings and result in the screenshots.

this is not we want. We need to prepare report on daily basis for the all the drivers who has driven more than minimum XX duration hours during the day along with total mileage information and sent that report automatically.
- We are trying to generated violation report only.
- We do not want to send information about the drivers who has not cross the minimum XX duration filter requirement.

- I have generated the driver report as per your suggestion

- Please advise how availability parameter is determine in the report ?   Currently we see all 0.00 value for the same.

In regards to the same topic of driver activity,

how can we customize to our countries standards,at the moment I see Europe standards.

we have diferent standards in Uganda.
