Тема: Notifications- SOS outside a geofence - limiting alerts per minute

I am looking to set up notifications to send an email when the SOS is triggered outside a target geofence.   

Right now, we have it set to send every time we get a new SOS.   
Because of how we use the SOS, we could get 5+ in a minute.   
We have it set to Generate Notification For all messages, but we would like to set it to send only one alert every two minutes.     

Is this set via the Control Period from Current Time, which we have set to anytime.

No, it's not. Control period is used to ignore old messages coming from "black box".

To help you we should understand the algorithm you want to apply and check the messages with alert parameters.

* user name
* unit name
* unit ID
* notification name
* time interval to check
* describe how you use the SOS
