Yes .
On Wiatag-go to
User modes > Edit > Data settings > additional Parameters
Enable - Battery level.
On Wialon create a custom sensor for parameter *b*
And under unit's advanced settings you can choose which sensor represents the battery level then customize monitoring panel to show battery level.
