Good day partners!

We have a client who is already using the video monitoring solution in Wialon, the solution is doing well and keeps on improving. However as they are using the platform for video monitoring, several requests to optimize their daily operations arise.

One of this is the generation of video Report by Unit Group rather than generating a list of video individually as we have on the platform at the moment. We agree with the client and this makes sense for platform users with the video monitoring solution.

I agree that this can help the customer with their daily operations, as other competitive platforms have this functionality. 

Also, another request we've been asked to optimize our customer's daily operations also include the ability to "live stream" the video - currently capable with the HowenTech platform, but not yet with the SmartWitness platform.

Hello dear partners!

sg-admin, could you give some examples of situations when the report by Unit Group would solve more issues then report by Unit? I want to know how it can be used in practice to understand better our end users.

sprospero88, "live stream" or "video by request" depend on device's possibilities. We cannot change it by software.
