Skip empty rows in table properties instead of report properties

Hello,

We believe that the skip empty rows is working much better if it was in the table properties instead of the whole Report properties.

because sometimes and in the same report execution, we may need a table with all records (no skip) and another table that summarize the real data (with skip)

so, can this be implemented? it would make a lot of things easier and it would allow us to avoid the duplication of the reports just for a single tick.
