Тема: price and type of fuel

We suggest  add new property for wialon . it for  the fuel type and the cost of fuel per litter  and show it in the reports. For example, the car consumes fuel 20 litter for every 100 km liters and the cost for fuel per liter = 2  then the total cost is  40  . as you see in excel sheet

by now we have no Money in Wialon at all. (
would really be good to have it both here, in maintenance and a couple of other places.

but changes of prices, and multiple currencies, and their fluctuations should also be taken into account.

We are working on the new instrument in reports. Its internal name - calculator. So if you know the cost of 1 liter (or 1 km), calculator lets you get the total price of a trip. E.g. cost of 1 km is 5, then the trip in 20km will cost 100. Or if fuel cost 3 per liter and consumption in a trip is 10 liter, then the cost of the trip will be 30.
I see that it doesn't totally cover your idea, but may be useful in similar cases.

This seems like a good idea, instead of adding a custom sensor to compute the cost, we can implement an internal calculator on the reports.

Additionally, this should be applicable to reports which show fuel information, some of the metrics clients have asked before are - cost per trip, cost per km (or 100km)

A custom column with the ability to create a formula is available in hosting.wialon.com site (Beta).
This column is added to tables "Trips", "Engine hours" and "Summary".
We added a lot of new tips in redesigned report templates; also you can find the instruction how to create a formula just in the interface.
