We would like to check if there's a possibility of adding the zone/geofence description on the notification message.

We have numbers of geofences added on the platform which includes specific descriptions. Currently, we can only include zone name on the notification message. It will be good if we can also include the description specially for those notification recipients as they will have additional information on it.

Use case is once a device enters a "no-go zone", a security protocol can be added on description such as actions to be done in case this scenario happens. Also, if we use the geofences as incidents (robbery, attacks, IED's), having descriptions would allow monitoring personnels to take the necessary actions once devices enters these incidents

Hello,

In the plataform there is many ways to do the things, the solution for your example could be to create a geofences notification for only ¨no-go zone¨ and in the text of the notification you can add the security protocol to be implemented in that case. So when a device enter in that zone the message will contain the security protocol and will be sent to the user.
