Тема: Automated Billing Feature

Issue: In order to bill our clients we are required to use a third party invoice system.

The idea would be to integrate an automated invoice system that is linked to the set-up of a billing plan. Depending on the billing plan properties, the top user could create a set of rules where an invoice would be sent to each user based on the “block/limit parameters”.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to have the invoices exportable into excel, QuickBooks or Intuit (Accounting Applications/Programs) file formats.

The user that should be able to use this function mainly would be the top account. Unless it would be needed by Dealers.

Unfortunately, our billing system is too complicated to be easily changed. So we don't have plans about it in the nearest future.
Maybe later I'll back with questions.

You may be able to expose the Wialon billing plans and the relevant customer usage data through the SDK in some way and write the invoice creation in a small application along with any export or image cration capability that is needed. Different event triggers could be placed in the application to create the invoice and these could be bound to the customer ID.

tata, I believe you should put changes in billing plan in your development schedules in near future as there are many requests related to that in different topics.
