How can I activate a relay output (execute a command over a unit) for the following scenario.
1. Stop a car or activate a siren when exiting / entering a geofence.
2. Stop car only when vehicle speed is zero for 30 seconds.
3. Automatically take images from camera using wiatag app.
Appreciate a step by step instruction and screen shots if possible.

How can I activate a relay output (execute a command over a unit) for the following scenario.
You should create commands for the unit and after that you'll have a possibility to use notification action "Execute a command" for this unit.
1. Stop a car or activate a siren when exiting / entering a geofence.
Use geofence control notification for this purpose.
To stop a car is should have immobilizer installed. To activate siren buzzer (or other sound device) should be installed on it. Also the devices should be connected to the tracker.
2. Stop car only when vehicle speed is zero for 30 seconds.
Use control notification for that. Parameter "Min duration of alarm state" should have value "30 seconds".

3. Automatically take images from camera using wiatag app.
Every device type has it's own list of standard commands, that you can see while creating new command. For "WiaTag" you can use one of two commands highlighted on attached screenshot for your case.
