Hello everyone,
I have suggestion to create possibility to disable edit of additional menu in top panel.
At this moment you can hide and disable panels to edit for end users (for example can't edit notifications, jobs etc), but it would be nice when you hide it , to end user can't activate again.
In screenshot below you can see on what part i mean.

You can hide modules right now. If your users do not use some modules, you could deactivate them in CMS.
Check the screenshots.

I know that i can deactivate modules in CMS, but for example if i deactivate notifications or jobs i can't create any of them, right ?
If i want to add new notifications for that account, i need to activate that module in CMS and when i finish to deactivate again.

You can use access rights for a resource, when end user must not edit notifications, jobs, etc.
In this case, you can give to end user access rights only for "View notifications", "View jobs", etc.
I think it helps to solve described problem. If no, then write more details about a root of the problem.
