I can´t find the server address and port, for make the configuration of me device.
The service i want configure is the free trial version of wialon.

don use trial version if you want use the trial version means pls update

Inform pls which device You want to connect?
We are little confused with server adress changes. All of our devices are working on 77.74.50.78 but today we didn't manage to connect one device until we changed new adress 193.193.165.165. How come that all others are working fine on old adress and this one doesen't. What should we do in future?

Malarm, looks like you also changed some other parameter. Both IP addresses works same way and through same uplinks.
May be it was some kind of temporary network failure somewhere between device and server.
Anyway I recommend to use new IP address for all new devices: 193.193.165.165.
