Units Blocking Managment

Hello There,
I was wondering if Gurtam can add a new blocking feature which is: blocking units individually and automatically.
For example in our case, the customers pay us yearly and not all the units are added at the same time, thus the payment date is also different.
so the idea is to prevent some units from being displayed (not the whole account) if the customer doesn't pay
