Hello,
I'm starting to understand the concept of the retranslator so I want to know how I can receive the data or the packet sent by the retranslator. I have read that you have to connect to a server and this relay or I can get the data from the retranslator.
Also as I can get or read the values that the retranslator throws me this I would like to do with java because python is not feasible.
Some suggest or idea please.

How can I receive a retranslator packet in java.
My server connects to where I store my service, but in the port, can I place one of my own or do I need to place the one that shows "20163"?
My application is in java.
Suggestion or comments please.
