I think that wialon hosting requires a modernization in its interface, at present there are platforms with web-interface more modern and intuitive and with many more rich dashboard.

From time to time we make changes in design: “Profile” tab, "Register event" dialog, reports template tab and etc.
May be you have more concrete proposals?
Agree and have commented in the past on dashboard functionality needing improvement. Adding eco drive elements would be a great first step. User should be able to create dashboard views by adding any reporting element.
