Scania G-400 ECU

We have problem reading Scania G-400 CAN parameters. We use BCE Blue+ and connection seems correct. The problem is that we have delay in receiving CAN data. As an example it's 5 minutes that vehicles engine starts but still RPM is 0. In another test we set cruise control to 50KMH, Wheel speed value was 8KMH and after 7 minutes it shows 50KMH. Same thing when we decrease the speed, the wheel speed remained 50. We check it and can't find any logic in CAN data availability period. Does anyone have any experiment or idea how to solve this problem? It's notable that device sends messages every 30 seconds.
