Try clicking "Open in Telegram Web" if you don't have Telegram installed on your device. Fresh updates will appear in the feed.

At the time I was on PC and using Firefox browser (our standard), tried it using IE and the link worked, obviously doesn't like Firefox browser, and I downloaded accordingly.
