I too was looking for the tracker/camera combo and looks like the MVT600 is gold. The possibility of using the LCD screen to send messages to the driver is a good bonus.
Anyone has experience with this tracker on wialon? Looks like there is only 10 in the database.

if you post advertisings here, you should include some more technical details:
- which model has camera connection
- link to device
- link to camera
- description of the camera functionality
- other technical details
- price for small quantities

Be aware that connecting a camera to a GPS device and trying to stream or send the files will have a big impact on the operation of the GPS device due to the size of the video file. Best option is to have a seperate device for the camera capture and send so the GPS reporting is not impacted.

Hi John,
for still pictures (send every xx minutes a picture) we use Galileo Sky HW which works fine and stable since more than 18 Months!
Video-Streaming is really a problem...

Queclink gv300 has a serial jpeg camera with programmable resolutions/sizes, i worked a lot with it, in fact you can send image data to a separate server in ftp form.

I'm looking for vehicle cameras that periodically take snapshots (every hr or so), and only record and upload in case of harsh breaking or fast acceleration.
Any suggestions?

The snapshots might be taken over the period or due to any kind of event such as harsh breaking, acceleration, opened door, overspeeding or anything else you could imagine.

Jimilab seems not to know what we are doing here ;-) gps tracking with Wialon. Did not find any of his devices in Gurtam and would call his post a SPAM post.
Can confirm that Galileosky with camera works perfect for taking every few minutes a picture and send it to Wialon. We use it for ground drilling mashines.
