Тема: convert nmea to decimal long lat format

Hello
some of my devices capturing data from GPS and it come back in nmea format like 3544.7114,05130.1402
some others get from bts devices and it come like 35.700439,51.326439

is there any formula to convert each one to other!?

i have send data to wialon
wialon accept data in nmea format but my data is decimal (like google map) so i must convert them to nmea
