Notes in Notifications

We have a client who is a security company and their dispatching center receives online notifications in Wialon hosting.  Many times the notifications are for emergencies / panic situations for their customers.  When they receive a notification the dispatcher is required to contact the client to check on them, see if they need help, etc.  They need the ability to add a note to the notification so that later on they can run a report to view that they took some action on that notification. 

For example, the client hits their panic button (SOS) and a notification generates as a pop up in Wialon Hosting.  The dispatcher calls the client to make sure everything is OK.  They talk to the clients husband and he says all is ok.  They need to note the date/time, who they spoke to, etc.  Later the client calls and says Hey, I hit my panic button and nobody called me.  The security dispatcher needs to be able to run a report to see the notes related to that specific notification which says that the dispatcher got the notification, called at this date/time, spoke to husband, etc. 

We have directed them to register a custom event for the unit and then they can run a report with events table.  They are not happy with that option and would like something that is directly tied to the notification, not just the unit.
