Тема: Can Bus Data For Nissan UD Quester 2015

Dear All,

We are trying to connect the Gallileo 5.0 to the can bus interface of the Nissan Ud Truck.

We connected to the normal OBDII Port but we only seem to get 4 pieces of data. We have tried contacting nissan to understand more on how we can get access to other data such as speed, fuel level, Acceleration , rpm, seatbelt and signaling.. but we have not recieved any help from them.

We have heard that some trucks have two OBD ports ? Does any one know if the NIssan Has two? Does anyone one know where to get info of the can bus protocol of the Nissand UD?

Hi, Nadeem,

I guess Nissan will not help you - no benefit for them smile And forget about OBDII port - data is sometimes not available from there. Use safe contactless reader (connector) instead: http://www.jv-technoton.com/contactless_reader

Contactless reader + data interface would be even better (no need to sort out all the messages coming to Galilelo - data interface will make everything for you):
