Hi all,

i do have several units in wialon hosting, if i do disable a sensor on the tracker (really on the tracker, not in wialon), The (old) sensor data is still shown in the units tooltip.

If i remove the device and add it again, the problem still is there since the unique unit id (which is the imei) can't be changed.


so my question is what would be the best way to achieve a unit reset in wialon hosting.

Hi,axpdreamer

If you remove sensor physically and disable it on the tracker but data shown on software. for this you have to delete sensor from software and make again for different units.
