DEVICES HAVE NEVER BEEN USED. THEY HAVE BEEN CONNECTED TO POWER SOURCE AND LED ACTIVITY SEEMS NORMAL. HOWEVER, THEY HAVE NOT BEEN TESTED WITH A SIM CARD.

Devices were purchased in 2014 from NSEWSOLUTIONS (http://www.nsewsolutions.com/). They have never been used, kept in their wrapping out of the dust. They have been connected to a power source and LED activity seems normal. However they have not been tested with a SIM card for reporting to a tracking platform.
