Hi every one
We have some ATrack AT5i installed on vehicles so we haven't physically access to devices and want to change the setting of them to work with Wialon. we haven't any user manual and manufacturer doesn't support us because we didn't purchase them. i found some manual in topic http://forum.gurtam.com/viewtopic.php?id=7410 but in the manual doesn't mentioned the way to reset device's password. each command we sent to devices replied $ERROR=104 seems wrong password. have anybody user manual or a way to reset password by SMS command considering we haven't physically access to devices?

i got from a friend a Atrack AT5 and want to play with it (promissing device)... But it has a command password set.

Anybody an idea how to reset this?

hardreset command is  , AT$REST=15 , but if there is a password set you might have to get Atrack support .

What sensor you want to connect on the system?

As far as I know this is the correct syntax for reset AT$REST=0,2
