Adding link to media (video/image) to notifications

I would like to have a hyperlink in Notifications that can directly open media (video/photo) in a popup/new window.

In the same way, that link should be able to part of the comment when emailing etc.
Or even better if the image/video would be attached inside the email.

For example this line:
%UNIT% violated speed limitations.  At %POS_TIME% it moved with speed %SPEED% near '%LOCATION%'. Link to location: %GOOGLE_LINK%

Media: %MEDIA_FILE%
