I have a client who want to track choppers which go high as 10,000 Feet
Anyone with idea device i can use which is supported by Wialon we also need to intergrate a 2 Way Messaging Service - This has to be SAT device .

Marketleader in this kind of tracking is

They have airline certified HW, use Iridium for tracking and costs you a few hundred USD per month (for commercial flights).
you can also ask Leo from Radioterminal.Ru (look in my FB contacts), he told me that there is a very cool russian solution which is much cheaper.
With 2way communication in airplanes i have no idea. It will costs you even much more than the simple tracking.
(EDIT: this one can via Bluetooth send and receive message with a smart-device)

And the price is also ok, just 2000 USD :-))) but i am sure you will get a discount of 10 % or so as a dealer...
Problem with all "ground solutions" is, that the HW is restricted to speeds below round about 350 km/h so that you can NOT use it for aircrafts / missiles etc.

"Do not use the SureLinx on an aircraft. "

Many insurance / flight compagnies do not allow any extra (untested) electronics inside any aircraft !
But in countries where the rules/control are less strickt the solution will be easier..
And about the SureLinx, I can imagen that SkyWave doesnt want to take any risk in this case ..

Check also the Spot Trace of spot for tracking.
Not expensive.
Check also Gen3 from spot. comes with alert button to friends and to Geos center.

that depends extrem on the manufactor or the chipset.
In Times of Glonass it also may be changed a bit.
The original reason was always "no highspeed missiles / rockets / remote drone operations" with civil gps tracking hardware.
but i also need to correct myself:
If i check http://www.insidegnss.com/node/3035
it clearly say "above 1000 knots", "above 60.000 feet".
So if you have a real case where you need to know if HW works in airplanes, let me know, i try to find out the manufactors restrictions.

all devices i know use as transmission system the Iridium network (exept Airbus/Boing etc, they have their own sattelite networks or use Inmarsat).
Still i would use skywave devices (Orbcomm)
