locationGPS, you mean the list of criteria?
It is bigger when you are not in the edit mode.

We wouldn't like to make this dialog resizeable because it has too many fields, rows, check-boxes, inputs, tabs, and other controls. So, they all will move when resized and will create an unpleasant view.

We don't think that "jumping" inputs and checkboxes could be a good improvement for Wialon.

mmm. it is not "jumping" it is just doing it web friendly when adjusting the panel to work easier mode. in my opinion of course.
