Тема: CMS - Menu handling in front end

how to remove a menu from certain level of users ? Example I want the Users Tab only visible to Account Creator All other users it should not visible.

Please specify about which tab you talk
If you mean tab on cms manager site , by defuault only creator of users (and for high level user ) can view a user's list and if you provide access type " View item and its basic properties" for these users to others
