It will be very usefull to be able to add some vehicle pictures (can we have at least 3 pictures to get different angle´s views). We can use this pictures in case of emergencies to identify the vehicles and send them to the police (if necessary).

Adding pictures to vehicles... Mm, I can't remember similar requests.
You can use custom fields for this. Store images somewhere on the Internet, then create a custom field ''Photos'' with corresponding URL in it. This way you will have a quick access to those pictures and they will be connected to particular vehicle.
