I have installed FM4100 device on MAN TGA truck.
I have connected to can line and configured data to get:
Fuel consumption can1 (in wialon as Датчик абсолютного расхода топлива)
dash display can2 (in wialon as Датчик уровня топлива)
engine speed can3 (in wialon as Датчик оборотов двигателя)
engine hours can4 (in wialon as Датчик моточасов)
vehicle distande can5 (in wialon as Датчик пробега)
My truck is on duty but I can't see data, just zeros.
1) Is your FM4100 connected to KSM module of MAN, or directly to CAN bus? If to a KSM - check that KSM module is activated by truck's dealer. If connected directly to CAN bus, this data may be unavailable.
2) Check that CAN-H, CAN-L are not mixed up.
3) Check FM4100 CAN input parameters. Pay attention that output data mask order is inverted comparing to one in FMS standard description.

sorry, but what is KSM module?
Sorry, than I don't know how to answer your question. 
KSM module is a FMS interface, provided by truck's manufacturer. In document you mentioned Squarell plays it's role, and the document is about a vehicle without such module.
I'm not sure, that MAN without KSM has j1939 protocol in CAN bus, but most likely it has.

Kindly suggest me if there is any method to configure Teltonika FM 4100 remotely via SMS.
I tried but no reply, so i think there may be SMS userid & SMS password issue.
If i dont know the SMS userid & SMS password, then how can i configure it to my server?

Instead of user You must insert space, instead of password You also must insert space!

And i m in the list of Authorized nos. which can send SMS to unit.

there is no way to go araound this if you are not authorize or dont now the pass, that is why they do it so nobody can touch your device
Teltonika FM4100 allows configuring via cable without password. If you don't know password, and/or permited phone numbers are set up - the only way is to connect the device to a PC.

Hi, you should check your mobilephone company cause I already knew the user and pass but the sim card of the device doesn't answer msm just receive. I just call to phone company and ask them to open the sim card and gave them the phone number.

For the SIM card if it is locked because of incorrect password sending you have to use the PUK code to enable it.
For the reflashing of the Teltonika units it will reset everything

Configuring Teltonika FM4100, FM4200 devices via TCP/IP is now available in Wialon.
The process of configuring via TCP includes the following stages:
1) the server (Wialon) sends a binary SMS to the device.
2) the device connects to the server (Wialon) to receive configuration.
3) the server (Wialon) sends configuration to the device.
4) the device breaks the connection.
User must create SMS command Upload configuration (upload_cfg) in Wialon and upload a configuration file while creating or sending the command.
Configuration file must have a certain format described in the Instruction on configuring via TCP the link to which is placed on FM4100 page on www.gurtam.com:

We have just tested this process for FM5300. So we will add this feature for FM5300 in the nearest time.
We are going to test FM1100 in the nearest time too.
I will make posts in the appropriate topics when this feature is available for other models.

If you have COM port on your device you should use LAN-COM cable.
If you don't have COM port you also should have USB-to-COM adapter (don't forget to install the driver for this item and check the number of com port)

Im using both of them. (USB-to-COM and original Teltonika cable for configuration)
Whats interesting there is no problem to connect another Fm4100 devices to my notebook which also means that drivers are ok.
Try to check the number of COM port (In Windows device manager, tool which is responsible for USB-to-COM adapter). May be the number of com port is changed?
