Any professional device that has onboard accelerometer and event system can detect crashes, often it is called impact detection. If you need custom settings for impact/crash detection, just configure accelerometer sensitivity properly and create custom sensor that will be enabled only if accelerometer reaches certain range of values. Impact sensor can be applied in Eco driving settings or in Notifications.

Not correct work in principal.
Have to be external crash sensor only with rigid fixation to the body car (or truck) with prefrable location in crushes zone.
