GPS/WPS tracker with sensors

Hi All,

We have a special project.

For this project we need a tracker that supports the following:

a tracker that supports GPS and WPS (Wi-Fi Positioning System) (or Bluetooth) for indoor tracking
The device has to work with somekind of wireless sensor that scans when it enters a specifc room. (something like Cellocator NANO)
It has to be somekind of personal tracker that the user is carrying with him at all times.

Does anyone have experiance or sugestions for such a device?
