Hi all!

A couple of days before I've received from one of my partners a couple of long range Bluetooth Low Energy sensors in IP65 moisture proof case. Something like this but with 400 m coverage and 1 year battery life (with 1 minute read interval). I made some tests and wrote an Android app to read temperature from it (available are also motion and moisture sensors). Really really nice but... at the moment it is a toy for me. And I would like to make something serious with it. So I'm searching for a pilot project. Have someone a customer who uses / want to use this scenario?

Your link to the sensors gives an "Access Denied" message

I am working on a project that requires the logging of temperatures for refrigerated  food delivery containers that are shipped by rail. The temperature logs are checked at the end of the trip to ensure that the temperature stayed within the correct range.

Currently this log extraction is done by connecting the sensor to a PC but if we can do it by using an android device at the container it would be  a lot better.

I have a customer that would like to measure and display  60 sensors on specially  engine /motors etc   for - Fire activation of  suppression units.
Do you think this would be possible to achieve.

Iam currently investigating hardware tracking units that can measure these sensors using the wialon platform.

smile happy to introduce my self . We are Based in Sydney Australia and have been operating for over 6 years.
Be happy to share our experiences.

Sure, it is possible. But... do you really think, that you need BLE in this case? I mean, I can write for you an app, that runs on an Android smartphone, fetches data from BLE sensors and sends it to the Wialon. Is it a scenario your customer wants to implement?
