Good Morning,

I have 4 TR02 Devices bought from blueberry and i follow all guide procedure to get it online on wialon platform but devices still offline, did any one here can provide help to me just to know what i have to do more to get those devices working on wialon?

I tried to contact Blueberry company its difficult because they don't answer my e-mails even on Skype they are offline most time.

Do you have the sms command scheme for this device?
what commands did you set?
typical you need to set
APN with username/pass
IP Adress and Port
How often device should send VIA GPRS
enable GPRS

GT02B Command Settings

I need help with GT02B track device from blueberry technology. I need to know witch command setting i have to use to make that device point to wialon server:  193.193.165.165 and port : 20769?

We tried to use all commands become in Manual comes with devices, but we always get this error " Format Wrong!". We can not get in touch with  blueberry technology by any of the contacts we used to by those devices, email, website even whats-app. They website takes us to unknown links, by email we never get response, Skype always offline whats-app also,.

If someone here know how the worked command settings that should help us to make it point to wialon host please provide it for us.
