We have been facing an issue some time which is iButton ID not showing in Raw Message using Ruptela Eco4+, we use immobilizer and when we present the ibutton the immobilizer is deactivated and vehicle starts but the iButton is is not send to wialon raw messages neither driver binding is successful.
I would like to know if any of you have been facing the same, any solution will be appreciated.

same problem here with Teltonika FM1100... i have an open ticket for this since one week...
