Hello Gurtam team!

We love the mobile app BUT we wish to be able to see the "full address description" as it appears in our PC, let me explain myself:

For this coords 14.613224, -90.542419,
we get in our PC the following "full address":

Calle interna Hospital Roosevelt, Zona 11, Guatemala, Guatemala, Col. Angelina

BUT in our mobile app we are getting just a "short address" as this;

Calle interna Hospital Ro..

Our customers use 80% of their time the mobile app and this is something we have had as a complain from them. Waiting for your "positive" comments.

jhdeguate, there is just no place for such long addresses.

Hello Alek...

What about to put it on the "INFO" tab, on "PARAMETERS", below "latitude". there is plenty of room to put it there and it will help our customers A LOT.
What do you think?

You know, the point is that there are not so many addresses where the name of the street consists of 4 words. That's why I suppose, we haven't had such complaints before. Most addresses are not so long and fit well into designated space.

I understand Alek, but in our case (as FENIX GPS), we have done some extra work in our map layers to give our customers more detailed addresses than any other competitor and we wish (if possible) to show it as required on the mobile app.

Hope you are agree with me and authorize this improvement (I think is not a "big development" and for sure it will help more customers to be happier with Wialon´s solution).

alek I think good solution for this issue will be ticker (running text string) behaviour of address while tap-ing on it.

The point is that tapping on the unit (the whole row) leads to another mode — unit info. But we'll see what we can do for this case.

jhdeguate , "full address" feature is now available on Android (and will be on IOS soon). You can see it as in monitoring list, so in tracking mode and in INFO table
