Hi,

As the superusers or master account operators, we have difficulty to identify the unit groups (effectively the owners) for each unit.

We would suggest that you make attach UNIT GROUP in the pop-up screen. For example unit_no (unit group) or abc1234 (xyz company)

As we understood, the ideas is to add a new tag/variable to notification text. Like %UNIT_GROUP%.
It'll show unit group name if unit belongs to any (or several groups if it belongs to more than one).
