Hi,

I have a problem. I create a unit, Skypatrol tt9505P.
But this unit not send message on the Wialon.
The GPS have the correct Port and IP. And the TTDEVID = IMEI.

They have a idea, what is the problem?
The position massege have a espesic congirugration?
The position message have a specific configuration?

soporteCA First of all please try to use id.wialon.net service (manual is on the page).
Do you see your device and id?
After that please write us the details to hw@gurtam.com, including information about your login in Wilaon and ID of the unit.
