Тема: Setting Notification on creating unit or user

I am told the currently there is no method on Wialon to create  a notification when unit or user is created. However the SDK does seem to allow this.
I would like to see an example  query  string to do this.

While creating Notification via SDK you need to use "itemId" - that's resource ID, "id":<long>, - /* notification ID */, "un":<long> - /* array units/unit groups ID's, ect. Also keep in mind, that in the end of API request you need to use "eid":<text>, /* session ID */ - that parameter determines the user you act from and allows the system to check the set of rights of the user to create items (Notification in that case).
