Teltonika FM3200

easy: "username" "space" "password" "space" "setparam" (look at the manual and find the right parameter id) and last but not least the APN.
you also need to set username (extra ID), password (extra ID) and homenetwork.

do you have the manual? if not, did you check with google "teltonika fm3200 user manual"?

more easy it is just to use the software configurator which you can download for free at the teltonika homepage (do you have the link?)
