We are using Queclink GL300VC units and curious to know if a notification will be prompted when an SOS alert is pressed outside of a geofence. SOS alerts are registered during a button press and these button presses are used to indicate if a delivery is made. The purpose of the notification is to determine if a delivery has been made outside of a geofence (delivery area).

it's possible to define sensor value in notification Geofence , please look here http://docs.wialon.com/en/hosting/user/notify/trigger
you can define a required value for sensor which controlled alarm state
the sensor should be created for unit with parameter which device send about alarm state, you can check it in messages
