Using Hyperlinks to extend Functionality

With the addition of the hyperlinking feature the capabilities of Wialon are greatly expanded. So now you can create custom fields in a unit and link it to a any system that can be accessed with a URL. We are linking to our content management system to items such as

- incident reports
- detailed cost entry forms
- maintenance request forms
- Spare parts lists
- maintenance procedures
- external monitoring systems ( for static unit condition capture)
- external reports

The list can be endless.

The hyperlinks also appear automatically in the mobile application.
