Take a look at the Teltonika GH3000. It is a personal tracker but can be used for bike tracking as well I think.

I have connected a GV55 form Queclink on my motorbike and gave me good results.

Sorry Abraham I thought you were referring to push bikes. For motorbikes there is a range of trackers that can do it. The key is where you are going to mount it so any internal antenna's are not blocked. Connecting to the power supply is also not an issue as the trackers can connect to a wide voltage range again you need to determine where in the harness you want to connect or direct to the battery.
To answer the connection question for the GH3000 you need a small step down board to get the voltage down to 5v and then connect the power and ground wires of a USB cable to this.

GV55 isn't waterproof , you might face issues in the long run , try GMT100 its waterproof Bike tracker.

The GPS tracker works excellent as long as it's not a common element (safety via darkness that isn't safe). Once it's a popular item, thefts will quickly know how to check and uncheck it before they steal the bike. You can check different types of GPS trackers for bikes at dirtbikeadvisor. They can even elect not to attach anything to the GPS tracker and only snag the pieces can be removed swiftly.
